I'm Sue and I understand that change is difficult. I also know that taking small steps toward change, in the context of a supportive therapeutic relationship, can make the process easier to navigate.
My goal is to help you gain further insight into how thoughts, behaviors and patterns might be getting in the way of a more fulfilling life. I will work to help you develop strategies and more effective ways of coping as you move toward a healthier you.
